Studio backdrop
A seamless backdrop and studio light, set up in your office. Every person the same, whatever the room gives me.
Blurred background
Your own space, thrown out of focus behind the person. The office reads as the company without competing with the face.
In the space
Environmental portraits where people actually work: a lobby, a showroom, a lounge by the window. Natural light, directed in minutes.
Team photos
The store team under the sign, the whole company in one frame, the crew at the booth, the two partners at the laptop: one setup, everyone lit the same.
The mobile studio
The studio comes to you.
A backdrop, two lights and a chair fit in any meeting room. I set up before the first person arrives, and the team never leaves the building.
Executives get time rather than a slot. A conference station runs all day at sixty seconds a person, and the frames still have life in the eyes.
Studio lighting on location
A portable setup comes to each site. No fluorescents, no uneven daylight.
One look across the team
The same background, light and framing at every location, so a team photographed on two days reads as one set.
Directed, not posed
I spend time with each person before the first frame, with quick and specific prompts. The eyes carry the portrait.
Natural retouching
Clean edits, polished without looking artificial.
Delivered in 7 to 10 days
Two digital sizes per person, high resolution and web-optimised, organised by name, within 7 to 10 business days.
Returning shoots
New hires are photographed against the original setup, same light and background, so the team page never drifts.
In the words of clientsVerified reviews
“We had a great experience this afternoon taking our team photos. Nicolas managed to make me smile without me looking tense, which is quite an achievement. He is very professional and his photos are superb. I highly recommend him.”

Common questions
Can you photograph the whole team at our office?
Yes, and most sessions run that way. The studio comes to you: backdrop, lights and a chair set up in a meeting room. A team of thirty fits inside a half day, and a conference station runs all day.
How do you keep headshots consistent across people, locations and return visits?
One setup, measured and noted: the same background, light positions and framing at every location. New hires are photographed against the original setup later, so the team page never drifts.
How long does each person need?
Executives get time rather than a slot. At a conference station, sixty seconds per person is enough for a real expression, because the direction is quick and specific. People who dislike being photographed are most of the job, and the prompts are built for them.
What does the retouching include?
Clean, natural edits: skin, stray hairs, wardrobe and colour, nothing that changes the person. Polished without looking artificial.
What do we receive, and how fast?
Two digital sizes per person, high resolution and web-optimised, organised by name and delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Priority selects can land sooner when an announcement is waiting.
Can we use the images anywhere?
Yes. The licence covers the company's own channels, website, LinkedIn, press and internal communications, with no time limit.
Can the same session go beyond the classic headshot?
Yes. The same session can carry a mix of polished headshots and relaxed, personality-driven portraits, for social media, the website and personal branding.
