These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nicolasabou.com website ("Site") and the services offered by Nicolas Abou ("we," "us," "I"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Nicolas Abou provides creative direction, photography, videography, and production services. Services are delivered under separate written agreements (proposals, statements of work, contracts). These Terms govern the Site only; engagement-specific terms are set in those separate agreements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or submit information through it. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including photographs, video, text, design, logos, and brand marks, is the property of Nicolas Abou or used with permission of the respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is prohibited.

Client work displayed in case studies and portfolio sections is shown with the permission of the respective clients. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

4. User Submissions

By submitting information through the contact form or any other means, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use submitted information to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential engagements.

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
