By using nicolasabou.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Origine Strategic Studio Inc., a Québec-incorporated business. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Intellectual property
All photography, video, copy, and design on this site is owned by Origine Strategic Studio Inc. or licensed from clients with their permission. Client logos are used to identify past engagements and remain the property of their respective brands. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content without written permission.
Client work shown here
Project pages showcase completed work delivered to the named clients. Some imagery is published with client approval; some is used under the standard portfolio-use provision of the engagement contract. If you're a client and a specific image should be removed, email nico@nicolasabou.com and we'll remove it.
Inquiries are not contracts
Submitting an inquiry through the contact form, by email, or by booking a discovery call does not create a contractual obligation between you and Origine Strategic Studio Inc. Engagements are governed by separate written agreements (MSA + SOW) signed by both parties before any work begins.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Project results, metrics, and case studies describe past engagements and are not promises of future outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable in Québec. Any dispute is to be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
