Sephora's global and North American leadership came to Montréal for a market visit with the Canadian team. The company sent its own photo direction ahead of the day: a roster of the room, a shot list, a board of sixteen reference images. Inside all of that it wrote full trust. I worked the speakers mid-thought and the exchanges between sessions. One image was needed the same day, for the country general manager's LinkedIn post announcing a leadership change.
