OBJECTIVE:
Sephora Canada needed employer brand content for their Life at Sephora initiative in Quebec. The campaign supported recruitment efforts and showcased the culture inside Sephora stores. I directed photography and video with a two-person crew, capturing team interactions, store environment, and the people behind the brand.
The content was built to reinforce Sephora Canada's positioning as an inclusive workplace across their recruitment and employer branding channels.
