HR Path · Customer Success Story

Intent
HR Path had never made a customer story in Canada. This was the first, built around their work with Groupe Meloche, and it set the template.
HR Path had never made a customer success story in Canada, and this was the first one. The subject was Groupe Meloche and its largest HR transformation in more than thirty years, reaching over 600 people. A story that size earns a real arc, so I wrote the script and cut it to three-sentence blocks per speaker. I directed the shoot so the interview could carry the film on its own, and a short social cut pulled the results forward. The marketing director's verdict was that it set the bar for the ones that follow.
“Working with Nico was a smooth and efficient experience. He quickly understood our objectives, managed the process seamlessly, required minimal revisions, and delivered a customer testimonial video that exceeded our expectations.”
