Common questions

Can the same shoot serve employer brand and recruitment?

One shoot can serve both, and it usually should. A conference or workplace shoot, planned with comms and HR together, feeds recruitment pages, internal channels, and the annual report from one budget. The workplace is shot as it actually looks, which is what candidates trust.

Can you direct in French and English on the same set?

Both, natively, in the same hour. Quebec French with the crew, English with the client, or the reverse, with nothing lost between them. Bilingual sets are normal here, and the direction has to be too.

How do usage rights work on a campaign?

Usage is scoped up front by territory, medium, and duration, in the same language procurement teams use. The brand gets the rights the rollout actually needs, with no surprises after launch. I have priced usage this way since 2022.

How do you get real answers in customer and testimonial videos?

The interview is directed like a conversation, aimed at the person rather than the message. When someone talks about their own work, the brand arrives on its own, and that is what makes it believable. The questions are prepared; the answers never are.
