Sephora Canada needed employer-brand imagery for the LinkedIn announcement of their Forbes Best Employers Canada 2023 recognition for Diversity. The hero image would be the public face of the recognition for years. It had to feel like Sephora's own culture.
I directed a Quebec-wide shoot with a two-person crew across multiple Sephora locations, photographing employees in their real work. Not staged group shots. Real expertise on the floor, real conversations between coworkers, real customer moments.
The hero image launched on Sephora Canada's official LinkedIn. The full set carried recruitment positioning across the year, showing an inclusive workplace through what the workplace actually looks like.
