SMASH is a symposium on model accountability held at Mila, Quebec's AI institute, with Google among its partners. The producer built a production manual and run of show for the shoot, two days across a hundred and twenty guests. I briefed a second shooter for the first morning and led the rest myself. The subject was people thinking: the keynotes on the circuit-tree stage, and the wall where everyone posted the biggest question on their mind.
